Refund and Returns Policy – RajAyurved.in

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a stipulated time frame.

Return & Exchange Timelines

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
In some cases, especially during high-demand periods or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, additional time may be required. If so, we will keep you informed and ensure timely communication regarding the status of your return or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – there is often some processing time involved.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at rajayurvedin@gmail.com, and we will arrange a pickup.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
